PhD LAW Course

The Course offers interdisciplinary training in the following law perspectives: public administrative and constitutional law, criminal law and criminal procedure, philosophy roman, tax law and canon law-church law and history of law.

 

The training will be integrated by European and International perspectives and provides the groundings for competency in one of the following domains:
- qualifying doctoral graduates for research in the fields, which are no longer considered only from the point of view of the said Italian legal system but also from the perspective of comparison with other European legal systems and within the dynamics of their harmonization in a transnational perspective.

 

The student will attend to conferences as well as to general, ordinary and special seminars, all intended to open the scientific and cultural horizons of the young people who enter the world of research.
